MENTAL HEALTH
Defined as a person’s condition with regard to their psychological and emotional well-being.
Studies have claimed that student are more resilient than ever, but this doesn't take away from the day-to-day stressors and pressures students face. Exercising is good for you, improves health, relationships, goals, diet etc.
Only need a minimum of 30 minutes of moderate activity, walking does count this is light and is best if done everyday

Physical activity can be a negative if you have a pre-existing issue in your legs or arms
The older students get, even in college, there is a drop in the amount of physical activity
Most students with a solid amount of physical activity have a better relationship to the desire of going out and meeting new people As you are more active
More long term goals are usually set
Stress is better managed by active people due to the outlet given to release it
Students are more likely to not develop any mental health issues it they are physically active in some way shape or form, even by the bare minimum
One negative point is that the majority of students are not meeting the necessary requirements for physical activity.
